I am a mama of 2, farmers wifey,  Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Founder of Sunfolk Cleaner Concentrate and The Happy Oil Mom.

I tried many brands of oils in my home before trying doTERRA. When I started my journey with essential oils, I was overwhelmed by all the information out there. I wanted to learn as much as I could about how to utilise these beautiful gifts from the earth in my home, but was unsure where to start. So I created a space where people, also new to the journey like I was, could go to find great content, recipes, read inspiring testimonials, ask questions and become part of a community of essential oil users in South Africa.
