Primary Foods feed us, 

but it doesn't come on a plate.

Elements such as honest and open relationships, an inspiring career, a meaningful spiritual practice and regular and enjoyable physical activity all feed our soul and our hunger for living.  The more Primary Food we receive, the less we depend upon secondary food (the food on our plate).  The opposite is alto true.  The more we fill ourselves with secondary food, the less we are able to receive the Primary Food of Life.  All that we consider today as nutrition is really just a secondary source of energy.

This program is for busy moms that need a little help to navigate through the confusing and overwhelming nutrition realm and find a holistic way of eating that will work for them and their families.  4 1-Hour Sessions crunched into 4 consecutive weeks to make it easy and not so overwhelming.

This programs is geared to moms who would like to spend a little more time on getting their health and lives in order to live the lives they were meant to live.  We will find out what foods work for you and your family and what foods don't.  This will include a Grocery Trip and a cleansing program.  6 -1 Hour bi-weekly sessions over the course of 3 months.

This program is for women who really want to change their lives.  They want to live healthier lives, maybe heal a serious condition, feed their families healthier options and feel energized, happy and get their glow back.  This in an intensive program that will include a Grocery Tour and Cooking Demonstrations.  12 1-Hour biweekly sessions over the course of 6 months.
